Terms of service
Last updated 11 August 2026
By using Cobrad you agree to what is written here. It is operated by Arian Bahrami.
What the service does
It reads the Google Ads account you connect, answers questions about it, and proposes changes. When you approve a proposal, it applies that change to your account through the Google Ads API.
You decide, and you are responsible
The agent cannot change anything on its own. Every change is applied only after you tick it, and the text you tick is generated from the change itself rather than written by the model — so what the box says is what happens.
That also means the decisions are yours. You are responsible for what you approve, for the spend that follows from it, and for the content of your ads complying with Google’s policies and the law.
Advice, not guarantees
The agent’s proposals are based on your historical data and on judgement. Advertising results depend on competitors, seasonality, your market and much else. Nothing here is a promise of any particular result, and none of it is financial or legal advice.
Your account
You need a Google account to sign in, and you must have the right to manage the Google Ads account you connect. Do not connect an account that is not yours to manage.
Keep your Google account secure. Anything done through a signed-in session counts as done by you.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law or Google’s advertising policies, to attempt to reach other users’ data, or to overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability
The service depends on Google, Anthropic, Supabase and Vercel. It can be unavailable while any of them are, and it can be taken down for maintenance without notice. It is provided as is.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. This does not limit liability for anything that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You can stop at any time: withdraw the manager access inside Google Ads, and email arianbahrami@gmail.com to have your data deleted. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes and you will be told by email before the new version applies to you.
Governing law
Swedish law applies, and Swedish courts decide any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have where you live.
